On 5.4, the People's Committee of Xuyen Moc district said that it is developing a plan to implement a number of events serving people and tourists in the area on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975-30.2025), under the direction from the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
In particular, the locality is expected to organize a hot air balloon performance combined with beer and music space (V-Fest Evolution), scheduled to take place on January 2 and 3 at Ho Tram sea square.
There will be about 10 level 1 hot air balloons 6-7m in diameter fixed on the ground to serve visitors to check-in and 10 other level 1 hot air balloons flying suspended (in favorable weather).
Notably, there will be 2 level 7 hot air balloons (17-18m in diameter) flying at an altitude of 30-50m, serving customers.
At the same time, Ho Tram Square will host a music space with 2 topics "Green Tourism" and "Sea Tourism", with a vibrant music stage, DJ, bringing a passionate and youthful atmosphere on the night of May 2 and 3, along with a beer buffet space.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the Vung Tau City People's Committee to organize the V-Fest Allstar Music Festival, scheduled to take place at Lam Son Stadium (Vung Tau City) on the evening of May 1.
The music event will gather leading music stars in Vietnam, bring famous hits, combined with the interaction of artists with the audience, promote the image of tourism in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province... on a 360-degree stage combining lighting effects, smoke and fire effects, medium-range electric fireworks...
These two events are expected to attract about 50,000 visitors to the experience. At the same time, during the period from 1-3.5, the National Art Festival 2025 took place the theme "The sound of the wind - the dance of the wind", with the performance of hundreds of kite artisans across the country to attend.
