According to the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh, 20 scholarships from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China for Quang Ninh in 2025 include 3 postgraduate targets and 17 university targets received by the Consulate General of Vietnam in Nam Ninh.
Based on the list of schools with scholarship targets for Quang Ninh province, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh recommends that units notify candidates to proactively access the websites of universities/ academies in Guangxi, China to have specific information about recruitment majors.
In order for the admission of the 2025-2026 school year to ensure the progress and requirements of the Guangxi Department of Education and the universities of Guangxi, the Consulate General proposed to send the scholarship registration dossier to the Consulate General before May 20, 2025 (by post sign) for the Consulate General to check the dossier, talk to the Guangxi Department of Education and send documents to the schools before May 30, 2025.
According to the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quang Ninh province, along with Quang Ninh, 3 other provinces, including Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, will also be granted a total of 85 scholarships for university and postgraduate studies in Quang Tay in 2025. Of which, Quang Ninh, Cao Bang, Ha Giang each province has 20 servings, Lang Son has 25 servings.
Previously, in February 2025, in Ha Long, within the framework of the Early Spring Meeting 2025 between the Secretaries of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China), the Guangxi side committed to continue giving the four provinces of Vietnam 85 scholarships (including undergraduate and postgraduate).
