Previously, people reported to the authorities about a woman driving a motorbike with license plate 29U8-8650 (Hanoi license plate) without a helmet.
It is worth mentioning that this woman, when riding a motorbike, also brought her two dogs on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Nha Trang City.
This behavior not only violates road traffic laws but also poses a potential risk of causing accidents and danger to other road users.
Through verification, the authorities determined that the incident occurred on the afternoon of March 25.
The driver of the violating vehicle was identified as Ms. P.K.Q (66 years old, residing in Hanoi).
Because Ms. Q did not leave a contact phone number, the Traffic Police Department sent a request for verification to the locality where she resided, and issued a notice inviting her to work to clarify the violation.
