On the evening of April 10, the force of Cau Bong Border Control Station and the masses promptly rescued 2 victims in the sea area north of Tran Phu Bridge, Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa).
According to initial information, at around 7:30 p.m. on April 10, a young man was driving a motorbike north of Tran Phu Bridge, Nha Trang City when he discovered a girl who had just jumped off the bridge into the sea.
The young man immediately stopped the car and jumped down to follow the girl. When falling despite the darkness and rising sea levels, the young man approached the girl and tried to bring the victim to shore.
However, the big waves and the victim fell far from the shore, causing the young man to lose strength while on the way to carry the girl to shore.
Discovering the incident, the force of Cau Bong Border Control Station used life jackets with nearby people to quickly support the rescue of the two victims in the dark.
After being brought to shore, the young man passed out. Both were transferred to Khanh Hoa General Hospital for emergency treatment.
