The People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security to direct relevant professional departments of the Department of Professional Guidance for the Traffic Police Department of the relevant provincial and municipal police on National Highway 5 to effectively ensure traffic order and safety, contributing to reducing traffic accidents on the route.
The Vietnam Road Administration - Ministry of Construction directs the management and exploitation unit of National Highway 5 to regularly maintain and repair the road surface, maintain the system of signs and traffic lights; coordinate with relevant units and localities to promptly handle shortcomings in traffic infrastructure at potential traffic accident locations and places where serious traffic accidents occur.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong Province proposed the Vietnam Railway Department - Ministry of Construction to direct the Hanoi - Thai Binh - Hai Phong Railway Management and Exploitation unit: to preside and coordinate with the provincial police, the Traffic Safety Committee, the district People's Committee has a railway along Highway 5 through reviewing the horizontal road locations and self -open paths on the whole route; Develop a plan to implement self -open paths, regularly check the crossroads with guardians and review the activities of automatic warning horizontal lines.
The People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province directed the Traffic Safety Committee at all levels of the locality, departments, branches and localities to have Highway 5 through coordination with the Traffic Safety Committee at all levels of Hai Duong province, departments, branches and relevant specialized agencies to build National Highway 5 section through Hai Duong province as a traffic safety route:
