Vu Han City (China) is said to have been the origin of the COVID-19 epidemic. Currently, the epidemic has spread to more than 110 countries/regions around the world. China's National Health Commission announced 20 new cases on March 15, nearly double the 11 cases recorded a day earlier.
Although it still accounts for more than half of the COVID-19 cases globally, China has almost limited new infections: On March 14, China recorded only 20 cases and 10 deaths. As of March 14, the total number of cases in mainland China was 80,844 cases and 3,199 deaths.
Of the new infections recorded on March 14, 16 were from abroad in mainland China. These cases are in 5 provinces and cities, including the capital Beijing and Shanghai; there are only 4 cases of domestic infection, all in the central province of Hubei.
To limit the spread of the epidemic, China has issued a blockade of Wukong and cities in Hubei. About 56 million people are banned from leaving their homes and are completely cut off from the outside world.
Most people in Vu Han city have only stayed at home for more than 50 days. In necessary cases, people still equip themselves with protective gear and leave the house.
All activities of the people of Vu Han are still taking place normally, just that all activities are narrower compared to before.
Some Chinese enterprises have resumed operations. In the photo is an employee of a Robot company ( Kaifu district, Hunan province, China) being body-teased by a robot.
Previously, at a press conference on March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that COVID-19 is a pandemic in the context of the epidemic spreading to more than 110 countries and territories around the world, and at the same time at risk of spreading globally.
