According to Space.com, the existence of UFO cannot be denied because there are many cases observed in the sky that humans cannot determine. But that does not mean that they are all humans.
Explanation from the US government
The US government explained that Roswell debris in 1947 actually came from a high-altitude hot air balloon transported by the US military as part of the Mogul Project, a covert program to seek evidence of Soviet nuclear bomb testing. And the Phoenix Lights in 1997 may have been due to the plane witnessing a military fireworks display.
The story of being kidnapped by planets is more complicated, because they tend to be related to psychological factors. But some studies show that at least some cases of self-admitting kidnapping can be explained by the phenomenon Lucid Dream - a strange sleeping state in which people can control their dreams.
The Blue Book project carefully researched most of the 12,600 cases of UFO observations. The project's report describes them as mostly natural phenomena such as clouds, stars and bright planets. Investigators stressed that more data is needed to understand the unidentified flying object. The 2021 assessment of the US government does not clearly mention the possibility of planets; it is grouped together in a "different" list that can explain everything.
