On April 4, in Hanoi, Central Party Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, Head of Steering Committee No. 08 held a meeting to deploy the direction of the Party Congress for the Party Committees: Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Southern Food Corporation; Vietnam Expressway Corporation.
After listening to the Party Committees reporting the preparation of the Party Congress, the opinions of the members of the Group of Direction 08, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh acknowledged the results in the direction and leadership of 4 Party Committees.
The Party Committees have seriously implemented the dissemination, concretized the plan, prepared political reports, Executive Committee reviews, and personnel work.
In the coming time, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that Party committees continue to be proactive, reviewing the content of congress preparation work; thoroughly implementing Directive No. 35.CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024, Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the Politburo and the Central's directives and instructions, plans and instructions of the Government Party Committee Standing Committee to the Party cells.
Review and add new contents to the issued congress plan or develop a congress plan (for newly established party committees) to ensure proper implementation of requirements and contents.
The Central Government's new adjustments and supplements to the direction and guidance for the Congress will be updated and disseminated to Party organizations immediately after the Central Government agrees to issue them.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested Party committees to learn from the experience of grassroots point congresses, continue to replicate and complete grassroots congresses, promptly remove difficulties and problems that arise.
In particular, the preparation of political reports, review reports, and personnel must be serious, in accordance with principles, and regulations.
Regarding the time of the congress, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Party Committee of the congress, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to urgently complete all preparations and report to the Government Party Committee for consideration and comments before April 30, 2025.
From April 17-20, it is necessary to report to the Steering Committee for comments before reporting to the Government Party Committee Standing Committee.
For the remaining 3 Party Committees: Report to the Government Party Committee Standing Committee on the contents of the Congress preparation, for the Party Committee of Vietnam Expressway Corporation, which is the grassroots Party Committee, before June 1.
For two upper -level party committees: the Ministry of Ethnic Minority and Religion and the Southern Food Corporation, reporting to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government the contents of preparing the Congress in the range of 10-6 - 20.6.
