On April 7, the Trade Union of Anh Duong Vietnam Joint Stock Company held a Workers' Conference in 2025.
The conference aims to promote the direct democratic rights of workers. Thereby, creating conditions for union members and workers to participate in giving opinions, decisions and supervising issues related to their rights, obligations and interests.
The conference was attended by 25/27 union members and employees of the company. At the conference, delegates listened to the Board of Directors report on the company's production and business situation.
Including contents related to employment and the interests of workers; evaluating the results of implementing grassroots democracy regulations and reviewing and amending the regulations of the unit.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union also reported on the implementation of collective labor agreements, labor regulations and policies and regimes related to employees.
The conference is an opportunity for union members and workers to promote their democratic rights, participate in giving opinions on their rights, obligations and responsibilities in managing and building the unit.
Through implementing democracy, the company aims to build harmonious and stable labor relations. Thereby, contributing to the implementation of democracy within the legal framework, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of businesses.
The conference also gave delegates time to discuss, question and dialogue on contents such as amending and supplementing grassroots democracy regulations, collective labor agreements, rules and internal regulations. recommendations and proposals from each side were also made.
This is the second enterprise in Cu M'gar district to organize a Workers' Conference, affirming the role and value of union members and workers in the development of the company.
Thereby, helping workers promote their responsibility and determination to successfully carry out production and business tasks in 2025.
