On the morning of April 4, the Bac Lieu Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education organized a program to launch the Emulation Movement to encourage learning, encourage talents, and build a learning society, lifelong learning in the province in 2025.
At the program, Chairman of the Bac Lieu Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education Tran Hoang Duyen launched emulation movements associated with implementing many activities to promote and expand family, family, community, unit, and citizen learning models; emphasizing the significance of movements in building a learning society, contributing to socio-economic development for the locality.
Vice Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang praised the Association for Promoting Education for doing a good job of linking with organizations, individuals and social forces in implementing activities to encourage learning, encourage talents, and promote the lifelong learning movement among the people; at the same time, he respectfully thanked businesses and benefactors inside and outside the province for their help and support for the province's work of promoting learning and encouraging talents in the past time, creating conditions to help students overcome difficulties and strive to study.

At the program, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education received a symbol to support the Vo Van Kiet Education Promotion Fund from sponsoring units, worth more than 1.9 billion VND.
In order to recognize meaningful contributions to the activities of encouraging learning and talented people, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 35 individuals "with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement to encourage learning, encourage talent, build a learning society and lifelong learning in Bac Lieu province in the period of 2021 - 2025". At the same time, 140 scholarships were awarded to students (1 million VND/scholarship, from the Vo Van Kiet Education Promotion Fund of Bac Lieu province in 2025).
On this occasion, the Association also mobilized the South Asian Bank, Bac Lieu Branch, to present 100 gifts to members who are ethnic minorities on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year of Chol Chanh Thmay in 2025.
