The Vinh Phuc Provincial Property Auction Service Center (Vinh Phuc Department of Justice) has just issued a second public announcement about the auction of land use rights and related assets in Khai Quang ward, Vinh Yen city. Assets of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Vinh Yen City.
Accordingly, the assets put up for auction are the right to use 154m2 of land (90m2 of residential land and 64m2 of land for perennial crops) belonging to plot number 438, map sheet number 36 in Vinh Thinh residential group, Khai Quang ward, Vinh Yen city.
Assets attached to land include houses and construction works with a total area of 167.2m2. Of which, there are 154m2 of houses and constructions built on land that has been granted a land use right certificate; 6.7m2 of houses; construction works on land outside the land use right certificate; 6.5m2 of houses and constructions on corridor land.
The starting price of the property lot is more than 9 billion VND, with a deposit of 1.8 billion VND.
The auction is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 28, 2025 at the headquarters of the Vinh Phuc Province Property Auction Service Center located in Tich Son Ward, Vinh Yen City. Direct auction in the form of oral auction.
Auction participants must complete registration and submit documents directly at the Center from 7:30 a.m. on February 2 to 5:00 p.m. on April 25.
The deposit payment period also lasts until 5:00 p.m. on April 25.
