Passengers on the MS Westerdam cruise ship were welcomed and given roses by Prime Minister Hun Sen when they boarded the ship in Cambodia on February 14. They have spent two weeks at sea after being denied entry by five countries and territories over concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic.
