Kalia, 10 years old, is a killer whale living in San Diego marine park in San Diego, California, USA.
The video, which visitors can watch, captures an incredible scene of the Kalia killer whale. While the birds landed and nested on the fish tank walls to find food, Kalia slowly advanced, gently floating on the water surface opposite the flock of birds.
The large whale does not seem to be dangerous on the outside, causing the flock to lose vigilance and not react to its appearance.
As part of the pre-examination plan, Kalia friendfully released a small fish in front of the flock of birds and slowly retreated, appearing to welcome them. A bird quickly fell into the trap and approached to harvest delicious prey. While waiting, Kalia whale suddenly rushed forward to pick up the poor bird.
This hunting situation is a typical example of the great power and intelligence of the killer whale, which are known as the "cold-blood patients" or "gingoses" of the ocean.
