Miss Thuy Tien's exit from the country was temporarily suspended by the police

On the evening of April 4, a leader of Dak Lak Provincial Police confirmed that the Investigation Police Agency of Dak Lak Provincial Police had decided to temporarily suspend the exit of Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (born in 1998), residing in Ho Chi Minh City.

Dak Lak Provincial Police issued a decision to temporarily suspend the exit of Miss Thuy Tien from March 15, 2025 to May 15, 2025.

Through investigation, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was temporarily suspended from leaving the country to serve the verification and investigation.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that on the afternoon of April 4, the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to prosecute the accused; the temporary detention order; the search warrant for residence, workplace and decisions of the Supreme People's Procuracy for 5 defendants.

According to Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan - Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security, defendant Nguyen Phong (born on November 14, 1986) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asia Life Joint Stock Company - was prosecuted for the crime of Producing counterfeit goods.

Four defendants were prosecuted for defrauding customers, including: Le Tuan Linh, Le Thanh Cong, Pham Quang Linh and Nguyen Thi Thai Hang. In which, Pham Quang Linh, also known as Quang Linh Vlogs, is a member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company. Nguyen Thi Thai Hang, also known as Hang "Du muc", is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company.

The group of subjects prosecuted for vegetable candy Kera. Previously, Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs were fined 140 million VND by the authorities for false advertising of Kera vegetable candy.

Quang Linh and Hang Du Cac were fined for receiving incorrect advertising, causing confusion about the quality of the published products. The fine applied to this behavior is 70 million VND per individual. They were also forced to correct information about the violation.
