According to the Decision No. 2559/QD-BVHTTDL, the Council for evaluation and classification of films on cyberspace for the term 2025-2027 is responsible for appraising and classifying films on cyberspace as prescribed in Circular No. 05/2023/TTBVHTTDL dated 5.4.2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, providing criteria for film classification and display of film classification and Niveles de advertencia.
El Consejo trabaja de acuerdo con la regulacion prescrita en la Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTDL con fecha del 5 de octubre de 2023 del Ministro de Cultura, Deportes y Turismo, regulando la organizacion y operacion del Consejo para la Evaluacion y Clasificacion y tiene derecho a la remuneracion de acuerdo con los reglamentos actuales.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces the Decision No. 2071/QD -BVHTTDL dated 3.8.2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the establishment of the No. 1 Council for appraising and classifying films on cyberspace for the term of 2023 -2025 and Decision No. 2070/QD -BVHTTDL dated 3.8223 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Establecimiento del Consejo No. 2, Consejo del Consejo de 2023 2025.
El Ministerio de Cultura, Deportes y Turismo solicita que el Jefe de la Oficina del Ministerio, el Director del Departamento de Cinema, el Director del Departamento de Organizacion y Personal, el Director del Departamento de Planificacion, las Finanzas y los Abuelos del Articulo 1 sea responsable de implementar esta decision.
