Fourth is the need to register for call blocking services from network operators. Contact the phone service provider to request the activation of the filter service and block annoying calls if they provide this service. When you receive multiple phone calls from a strange number, you can look up this phone number on Google or reputable forums to see if someone else has warned about this number.
These are the minimalist solutions that current users can apply. However, in the long term, there needs to be other management tools to clarify the responsibility of network operators. At the same time, authorities need to have technological solutions to trace the roots of phone numbers with flashing devices and consider them as acts that affect social order and security, with the risk of fraud.
It is right for each person to protect themselves, but sometimes the harassed, or targeted as the elderly, or children (using their phones to contact their parents when needed) need the involvement of higher authorities and law enforcement agencies to avoid being harassed or falling into the trap of unfortunate flashes.
