On the afternoon of April 6, information from Ky Ninh Ward Police said that the local authorities had organized a burial of the body of the man who washed it ashore in this ward that morning.
Previously, at around 6am on April 6, local people discovered the body of a man aged about 20 - 40 washed ashore in a state of severe decomposition, his face could no longer be identified.
The victim was wearing long clothes, without identification documents, suspected to be a fisherman who died in an accident.
After that, the Ky Ninh Ward Police announced to find the victim's relatives. However, because no one claimed it as a relative, the local authorities organized a funeral according to regulations.
