Bac Giang Police said that from March 27, 2025 to April 3, 2025, through the traffic surveillance camera system, Bac Giang Provincial Police detected 16 cases of lane encroachment and violations of road markings.
The list of license plates was coldly punished for lane encroachment and violation of road markings in Bac Giang as follows: 98A-349.06; 98A-728.74; 98C-356.23; 98A-060.34; 99A-123.62; 98h-3689; 98A-686.56; 98LD-007.81; 98A-350.77; 98A-238.28; 98C-288.94; 98A-179.32; 98A-619.73; 98C-319.77; 98A-837.18; 98A-053.44.
The Traffic Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the list of vehicles that were fined from March 15, 2025 to March 20, 2025. Among these, there are vehicles that violated the road markings as follows:
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, car drivers will be fined VND400,000-600,000 for drivers who do not comply with the commands and instructions of traffic signs and road markings.
Fines of VND 600,000 - 800,000 for drivers who violate the law by changing lanes in the wrong places or without warning signals or changing lanes incorrectly according to the regulation "each lane change is only allowed to change to one adjacent lane".
If the car driver drives in the wrong lane and causes a traffic accident, he/she will be fined 20-22 million VND and have 10 points deducted from his/her driving license. With the above penalty, drivers need to pay close attention to the mistake of driving in the wrong lane and not complying with signs and road markings.
When paying the fine, the car driver must prepare the following documents: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
