Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company in collaboration with the My Duc District Land Fund Development Center has just successfully auctioned 47 plots of land in An Tien, Van Tin, Huong Son, Le Thanh, Phu Luu Te, My Xuyen communes and Dai Nghia town on April 3.
The plots of land have an area of 88 - 250m2, the starting price of the plots ranges from 3.5 - 8.5 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from 55 - 426.5 million VND/m2.
The auction attracted nearly 200 customers with 556 bids participating in the auction. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction.
As a result of the auction, the plot of land with the highest winning price belonged to plot No. 4, with an area of 94.6m2, with a winning price of 50.52 million VND/m2. The lowest winning price was 11.59 million VND/m2. With 47 plots successfully auctioned, My Duc district is expected to collect 122 billion VND.
It is expected that on April 10, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will issue a notice of auction of residential land use rights for 51 plots of land with a total area of 5,932.8m2 in Xuy Xa commune and Phuc Lam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 35 - 211m2, the starting price for the plots ranges from 4.9 - 6.7 million VND/m2. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on April 10 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district.
Then, on April 22, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company issued a notice of auction of residential land use rights for 25 plots of land with a total area of 3,125.5m2 in Cua Lang area, Vai Moi village, Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 121m2, with a starting price of VND 4,680,000/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round according to the method of bidding up.
Also on April 22, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with My Duc District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 12 plots of land with a total area of 1,504.7m2 in Dong Gia area, Ha Xa village, Dai Hung commune, My Duc district, Hanoi city.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on April 22 at the Hall of the Te Tieu Residential Group Cultural House, Dai Nghia Town, My Duc District, Hanoi City.
