The Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 to organize an auction of 35 plots of land (Areas LK1, LK2, LK4, LK5 and S2) at the land auction site of the land use right index DG 06/2019 in Ngoc My commune, Quoc Oai district.
Participating in the auction of auctioned land plots with an area of 75 - 142.9m2, with a starting price of VND 8,301,000/m2. The total area of 35 auctioned land plots is 3,228.7m2.
Regarding the auction form, the plots of land will be auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and through at least 6 mandatory auction rounds, the common price step for the plots of land is 3 million VND/m2.
In case in any auction round before round 6, there is a minimum valid bid equal to the starting price approved by the District People's Committee plus 5 price steps, then the winner will be determined, if no one participates in the next auction round. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ended when no one participated in bidding.
As a result, of the 35 plots of land put up for auction, the plot with the highest winning price was 119.3 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 35.3 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction in this round was nearly 264.6 billion VND, a difference of nearly 237.8 billion VND compared to the starting price.
Previously, on March 28, the Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with the National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 to successfully auction 26 plots of land at the aid auction site DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Hung Dao commune (formerly Tan Phu commune).
At the end of the session, of the 26 plots of land put up for auction, the highest winning price was 104 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 62 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction of residential land use rights was more than VND 77.3 billion.
Recently, the national auction company No. 5 issued a notice to suspend the organization of the auction of land use rights in 15 land plots (Zone A) at the project: Building the Economic Management HTD of Land Land Land Auction Area 06 of the Ring Road Road, Quoc Oai District, Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi (expected to be held on March 14, 2025) at the request of Document No. 145/PTQD-KHTH dated 4.4.2025 of Quoc Oai District Land Development Center.
Next, Thanh Xuan Joint Stock Auction Company also announced the temporary suspension of the auction of land use rights in 14 plots of land (area A, C and D) at the project: Construction of a cooperative for land auction of land use rights in DG 02/2019 Son Trung village, Yen Trung commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (expected to be held on April 18, 2025) according to the proposal in Document No. 146/PTQD-KHTH dated April 4, 2025 of the Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center.
