Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Thap province Phan Van Thang has signed and issued Resolution No. 06/2025/NQ-HDND regulating the mechanism for supporting the implementation of social housing investment projects in Dong Thap province.
This Resolution takes effect from April 7, 2025.
Accordingly, the Resolution applies to investors of social housing construction investment projects not using public investment capital, using the financial resources of the Trade Union and State agencies related to investment and construction activities of social housing projects in the province using the capital specified in Point a, Point b, Clause 2, Article 1 of this Resolution.
Accordingly, the Resolution stipulates that the State will support investors with a 50% of the investment cost for the construction of technical infrastructure systems within the project scope including: Traffic system, public lighting, drainage outside the house, wastewater collection and treatment but not exceeding VND 5 billion/project.
Support 100% of fees and charges for administrative procedures related to social housing construction investment projects.
The support condition is that the project has been accepted and completed according to the provisions of the law on construction. The support value is determined by competent state agencies from the local budget.
