In the first 2 days of April 2025, Dong Da District held a public conference to collect opinions from agencies, organizations, individuals and communities related to the 1/500 detailed planning project to renovate and rebuild the old apartment buildings Kim Lien, Trung Tu, Khuong Thuong, Hao Nam and surrounding areas.
One of the notable contents at the conference was the detailed planning project 1/500 for the renovation and reconstruction of Kim Lien apartment complex and surrounding areas. The planning area is 35.5 hectares wide, located in Kim Lien and Phuong Mai wards. Dong Da District proposed to build 10 new buildings, including 3 45-storey commercial and service buildings and 7 40-storey resettlement buildings.
Regarding the detailed planning project for the renovation and reconstruction of Trung Tu and surrounding collective housing areas at a scale of 1/500, 30 old apartment buildings will be cleared and reconstructed with 1 45-storey building and 1 25-storey building.
At the conference, the leader of Dong Da district said that the project is currently only at the stage of collecting detailed planning opinions 1/500.
In order to continue receiving research and contributions of organizations, units, households, community representatives for detailed planning projects 1/500 renovation, rebuilding the dormitories, the District People's Committee proposed the Party Committee, the authorities, agencies, households, households, community to take the initiative, actively research and contribute ideas for detailed planning project.
