Of which, 37 plots of land belonging to the auctioned technical infrastructure project in Van Diem commune have a total area of 6,146.10m2; the starting price is 10,626,000 VND/m2. The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction with a minimum of 4 mandatory rounds.
In addition, 4 plots of land at location X1, Nhan Hien village, Hien Giang commune have a total area of 381.41m2; starting price is 12,420,000 VND/m2. The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction with a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 1 to 5:00 p.m. on April 14. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on April 17 at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Thuong Tin district (address: No. 5, Thuong Phuc street, Thuong Tin town, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi).
