Mr. Nguyen Duy Hien (born in 1952, from Kim Dong, Hung Yen) is renting a room in Ngai Duong village, Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district (Hung Yen). When asked about the reason for retiring but not choosing to rest with family and children, Mr. Hien said that for more than seven years after retiring, he had worried and decided to take care of his children's marriages. When the lives of all 3 children were stable, he discussed with his wife to give her all her pensions, he asked to work as a security guard for a company in the district, the job was assigned to him, traveling around the districts in the province. Mr. Hien was allowed to use his salary as a security guard depending on his suspicion.
"Our salary is from 6.5 - 7 million VND/month, and the company rents a room and meals. I will spend that money freely. When my family and relatives have a job, I still arrange to attend fully. Working as a security guard, I found it suitable for my health, seeing strong people, and being with my colleagues was very fun. That is the reason why I still want to work when I retire, said Mr. Nguyen Duy Hien.
Having worked in a specialized unit under the Ministry of National Defense, retiring in 2015, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tung (character's name has been changed) currently living in Mai Dich Office Complex (Cau Giay District, Hanoi) continued to work for a private company immediately after retirement.

In fact, many businesses recruit retirees from management, operation, consulting, direct production positions... to work, many people bring their knowledge and experience to share and contribute.
