On October 21, 2020, the People's Public Security Trade Union (CAND) issued Plan No. 195 on implementing a patriotic emulation movement in the CAND Trade Union for the period 2020 - 2025 with the theme "CAND Trade Union proactive, creative, responsible, comprehensive innovation, for national security, for the benefit of union members".
The plan aims to continue innovating emulation and reward work in the spirit of Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 07 dated January 15, 2020 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. According to the People's Public Security Trade Union, from 2020 to now, emulation movements in the People's Public Security have achieved many outstanding results.
