To date, the total number of foreign-invested projects registered to operate in Hung Yen province has reached 632 projects, with a total registered capital of more than 8.56 billion USD.
Foreign-invested projects are mainly concentrated in the fields such as: High-tech industry, electronics, IT, precision mechanics, light industry, other manufacturing and trading sectors in accordance with the province's industrial development plan.

According to information from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province, in 2024, Hung Yen province attracted 180 investment projects (109 domestic projects and 71 foreign projects), with a total investment capital of more than 61 trillion VND and more than 1.5 billion USD, an increase of 135% compared to 2023.
By the end of 2024, Hung Yen province will have 2,371 valid projects; of which, there are 1,755 domestic projects and 616 foreign projects, with a total registered capital of more than 370 trillion VND and more than 8.5 billion USD.
Hung Yen province has 17 planned industrial parks, with a total area of about 4,395 hectares; of which, 10 industrial parks have come into operation. The industrial parks have leased about 2,596 hectares of land to implement investment projects.
