Handling the responsibilities of Ministers and Deputy Ministers assigned to be in charge

Based on legal regulations, the organization determined the damage and handled the responsibility for compensation for damages in accordance with regulations with an amount of more than 354 billion VND (including the implementation of 2 projects behind approved progress due to subjective reasons leading to the suspension of construction from January 2021 to December 31, 2024, causing additional costs outside the contract, causing a temporary waste of about 253.6 billion VND).
Reviewing tax compliance of some enterprises
For the Ministry of Construction, the Government Inspectorate recommended directing the Institute of Construction Economics to review the responsibility for reviewing a number of contents of the two projects, including: investment preparation costs, financial proposals (investment project consultancy, architectural design consultancy);
Proactively coordinate with the Ministry of Health and relevant ministries and branches to strengthen specialized inspections on compliance with standards, regulations and norms in the construction sector for the investment and construction process of projects under the approval authority of ministries and branches to promptly detect, prevent and handle arising violations, especially acts of waste, violations of the law on practicing thrift and combating waste.
