As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 5am on April 5, a serious murder occurred in Sai Son Commune, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi City, killing a woman.
According to residents living on the 9th floor of CT9A building, Bamboo Garden apartment building (Saigon commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi) a suspect "petitioner" holding a weapon attacked many people, leading to the death of a young woman.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities blocked off, conducted a crime scene investigation and necessary legal procedures. At about 11:30 a.m. the same day, the investigation was completed; at around 12:05, the victim's body was taken by ambulance.
Some witnesses said that on the evening of April 4, about 3-5 men and women were riding a car to this area, playing a large music set after listening to music, this group of people returned to the rented apartment in the building.
According to Mr. N.V.H, who lived next to the apartment where the murder occurred, while sleeping, he heard screams from both men and women. After that, a young man holding a weapon knocked on the doors of many apartments. It is not clear who he caused injury to because everyone was scared at that time and did not dare to go out. A moment later, I saw this person running down to the first floor of the building.
Another witness said that on the first floor, this young man stabbed everyone he met, injuring many people. I don't remember exactly how many people were stabbed. "The subject was very aggressive, stabbing the security guard. People immediately called the authorities and together controlled the subject, took him to the commune police headquarters," this person said.
Initial information, the victim was born in 2003, from Quang Ninh; the suspect was also born in 2003, from Yen Bai.
An officer in charge of security and order in Sai Son commune said that after being controlled, the subject was taken to the police station to serve the investigation.
