Currently, the allowance of the deputy commander of my commune military commander has deducted from health insurance and social insurance is 26.5% of the base salary; allowances for the Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Union of the commune suffering from social insurance and health insurance equivalent to 17% of the base salary.
I would like to ask, if I was deducted 2 times from health insurance and social insurance, is it right or wrong? If so, will I be able to receive 2 insurance books? Can I add 2 times of social insurance to increase the benefit level? ".
Regarding this issue, Vietnam Social Security responds as follows:
According to Article 5 of Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP dated June 10, 2023 of the Government regulating commune-level cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level, in villages and residential groups, the position of Deputy Commander of the Commune-level Military Command and the position of Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association are part-time cadres at the commune level.
In Clause 1, Article 20 of Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP stipulates: "Commune cadres and civil servants concurrently hold the positions and titles of commune-level cadres and civil servants other than the current positions and titles, which reduces one of the number of commune-level officials and public employees assigned by the district-level People's Committee in accordance with Clause 5, Article 6 of this Decree, from the date the competent level is the right level of the ciper of the position of the ciper of the position of the ciper.
