The investor selected is VITC, a high-tech construction investment joint stock company headquartered in Cau Giay district, Hanoi city.
The Social Housing project in Lam Vien area, Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai city is planned to be built on an area of 2.87 hectares, including 3 9-storey apartment blocks with an expected construction area of 6,500 m2, the remaining land area is for traffic infrastructure and auxiliary items.
The social housing buildings in Lam Vien area are modernly designed, with the first floor reserved for parking lots, businesses, services, technical areas; the second floor arranged for community living space; from the third to the ninth floor arranged for social housing with national technical standards for apartment buildings.
When completed, the 3 buildings in Lam Vien area will be arranged for 570 apartments, accommodating more than 1,700 people. The total investment capital for the project is about 684 billion VND, the cost does not include compensation and site clearance.
