One of the new points of the Draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended) is to add regulations on handling civil servants who do not complete their tasks.

After 6 months, still not meeting the requirements of the job position, the management agency arranged that civil servant to a job position at a lower rank. In case there is no job position at a lower rank, the civil servant management agency will dismiss them.

At the same time, the draft still maintains the regulation that if a civil servant has been classified as not completing his/her tasks for 2 consecutive years, the civil servant management agency will dismiss him/her.

With this regulation, there will be no place for lazy civil servants who are out of date and who " carry umbrellas in the morning and leave at night". And also, after all the time he had been a civil servant, he was a slander until retirement.

Those who used to work in the old way, go to newspapers, go to meetings, surf the internet, wait until the end of the hour to go home, should "squeeze" themselves first. That backward thinking and behavior is very unfamiliar in the coming period, and was forced to quit before and after.

To determine if a civil servant does not complete his/her duties, there must be standards and criteria. In the draft revised law, the Ministry of Home Affairs proposed to abolish all regulations on civil servant ranks. The management of cadres and civil servants will be carried out according to job positions.

Assigning job positions will qualitative the level of work completion of each civil servant, no longer having a general assessment. Previously, there were still many cases where cadres and civil servants could not work but still leisurely waited for the day to receive their salary.

In addition to regulations on job positions, standards and criteria to determine the level of task completion, there is another criterion, which is the impartiality of leaders when evaluating the quality of cadres and civil servants.

Because the common life must be abandoned, not let relationships and currency interfere. Everywhere there are people who "hold their mouths and hands", the brave leader is to evaluate cadres publicly and take responsibility for their decisions.

Forced to fire a civil servant who does not complete his tasks with convincing evidence is an intelligent leader. Forcing civil servants who have relationships and even know "who his father is" to quit is courage.

Regularly assessing the quality of cadres, those who are less capable and have to quit their jobs is the best way to select talented cadres and civil servants to serve the country.
