Hanoi - The CT3 Kim Chung and Dong Anh social housing projects are expected to collect registration documents in early October 2025.

The consortium of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC (abbreviated as the consortium of Investors) has officially started construction of the CT3 social housing project, part of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at plots CT3, CT4 - Kim Chung New Urban Area, Kim Chung Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi in accordance with the provisions of law.

The project is implemented at plot CT3, Kim Chung New Urban Area, invested by the consortium of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC. The project is under construction in Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city.

The project started on March 3, 2025 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. At the CT3 land plot, the investor built 3 new high-rise apartment units with symbols CT3A, CT3B and CT3C. Each building is 12 stories high plus 1 attic, with a total construction floor area of about 109,410.2m2.

Of which, the basement area is 15,660m2, the first floor is about 7,804m2, and the floor area from the second floor to the attic is 85,946.2m2. The total floor area is about 66,684.72m2, including about 2,288m2 for commercial services and more than 64,396m2 for housing needs.

The total number of apartments in the project is 1,104. Of which, there are 175 commercial apartments for sale with an area of 59 - 63m2; 717 social housing apartments for sale also have similar areas and 212 social housing apartments for rent with an area of 49 - 59m2.

The temporary selling price of social housing apartments is VND 18,400,000/m2, including VAT and maintenance costs. For apartments for rent, the provisional price is 95,000 VND/m2/month, which also includes taxes and maintenance fees.

This is the preliminary price according to the approved Feasibility Study Report, the official price will be determined after the appraisal results from the Department of Construction and approved by the investor in accordance with regulations.

The time to receive registration documents is expected to start from 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025 and end at 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025. Before the official opening date, the Joint Venture of Investors will send a document reporting the total number of apartments expected to be sold and the time of receiving documents to the Hanoi City Department of Construction.

At the same time, the information will be publicly published on the Department of Construction's Electronic Information Portal at least 30 days before the time of receiving the application to ensure transparency and full compliance with legal regulations.

The application for buying and renting a house can be submitted at the sales Office, First Floor, CT3 land plot, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district.
