The Kien Hung Social Housing Project has announced a plan to receive applications for purchasing social housing (rental units for sale) at OXH2 building (phase 2) and OXH3 building (phase 1), on lot B-XH, Kien Hung New Urban Area, Kien Hung Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City. The information was publicly posted on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction after 5 years of lease according to regulations.
The project investor is the consortium of Kien Hung Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Representative of the consortium) and Hop Phu Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project construction location is at the land plot marked B-XH, Kien Hung New Urban Area, Kien Hung Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City. The total area of the plot is about 41,930m2. The project is invested directly by non-budgetary capital.
The selling price of social housing in OXH2 building is 13,695,400 VND/m2 (including VAT, no maintenance fee). In addition, the selling price of social housing in OXH3 building is 13,781,131 VND/m2 (including VAT, no maintenance fee).
The scale of the project includes investing in the construction of 3 new blocks of 6-storey houses including OXH1, OXH2, OXH3 buildings. Of which, OXH1 building has 200 apartments (160 social housing for sale and 40 commercial housing). OXH2 building has 200 apartments (82 social housing units for sale, 82 social housing units for rent, 36 commercial houses). OXH3 building has 100 apartments (63 social housing units for sale, 21 social housing units for rent, 16 commercial houses).
The total number of apartments consists of 500 units, of which the number of social houses for sale is 305 units (accounting for 61% of the apartment area). The number of social houses for rent is 103 units (accounting for 20.6% of the apartment area). The number of commercial houses is 92 units (accounting for 18.4% of the apartment area).
The number of social housing apartments for rent (after 5 years of lease) in OXH3 building is 21 apartments (apartment area is 56.4m2).
The time for receiving documents is from March 26, 2025 to May 9, 2025 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed). Morning time is from 8:30 am to 11:30 am; afternoon is from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The subjects are customers renting social housing in OXH2 and OXH3 buildings with a rental period of 5 years in accordance with current law.
