At around 7:00 p.m. on April 3, in the lobby of HH4A Linh Dam building, Mr. Pham Hong Tien (born in 1960, living in Linh Dam apartment building, Hoang Mai district) picked up a black personal wallet containing 103 million VND (cash) and some invoices.
After a period of no one coming to receive the information, Hoang Liet Ward Police came to receive the information and received the handover of Mr. Tien's property.
Hoang Liet Ward Police have verified the owner of the property. After a short period of verification, Hoang Liet Ward Police found the owner of the property named Mr. D.Q.N (HKTT in Ha Dong, Hanoi).
Mr. N went to Hoang Liet Ward Police to report the above incident and submitted a request to receive the property back.
After receiving the information and verifying, Hoang Liet Ward Police returned all of the above assets to Mr. N according to regulations.
