Ngày 3.2, tại kỳ họp thứ 6, HĐND tỉnh Quảng Trị khóa VIII, nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026, HĐND tỉnh đã thực hiện quy trình bầu Phó Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh.
At the meeting, delegates of the Provincial People's Council voted unanimously to dismiss Mr. Le Vinh The from the position of Vice Chairman of the VIII Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Mr. Le Vinh The was transferred, appointed, and assigned by the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
Also at the meeting, delegates listened to the submission introducing Ms. Pham Thi Han, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, to be elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Council, term VIII, 2021-2026.
As a result, Ms. Pham Thi Han was elected Vice Chairwoman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Council with 100% of the delegates present voting in favor.
Bà Phạm Thị Hân sinh năm 1973, quê quán phường Ba Đồn, tỉnh Quảng Trị, có học vị Thạc sĩ Kinh tế chính trị.
Trước khi được bầu giữ chức Phó Chủ tịch HĐND tỉnh Quảng Trị, bà Phạm Thị Hân từng đảm nhiệm các chức vụ: Chủ tịch Hội Liên hiệp Phụ nữ tỉnh, Chủ tịch Ủy ban Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam tỉnh Quảng Bình khóa XIII (nhiệm kỳ 2019-2024). Năm 2024, bà tái đắc cử Chủ tịch Ủy ban Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam tỉnh Quảng Bình nhiệm kỳ 2024-2029.
In February 2025, Ms. Pham Thi Han became Secretary of the Dong Hoi City Party Committee (former Quang Binh province). In July 2025, she held the position of Secretary of the Dong Hoi Ward Party Committee after the merger of Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces.
In January 2026, Ms. Pham Thi Han stopped participating in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and stopped holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Hoi ward; was transferred and assigned to work at the People's Council agency of Quang Tri province.
